Refund and Returns Policy

At The Watch Vault, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and any included accessories (such as watch boxes or warranty cards) to be eligible for a return.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@thewatchvault.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, or if you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • We will process exchanges as quickly as possible and cover the return shipping costs for any defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
