

Delivery Policy – The Watch Vault

At The Watch Vault, we are dedicated to ensuring that your luxury timepiece reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Our delivery policy is designed to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all of our customers. Below are the key details regarding our delivery process.
Delivery Methods and Times
We offer various delivery options to meet your needs, with estimated delivery times based on your location:
- Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): Free for orders over $100.
- Expedited Delivery (2-3 business days): $15.00
- Next Day Delivery (1 business day): $25.00
- International Shipping: Available for select countries. Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders placed before 3 PM (CST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions. If we cannot fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly and assist you with resolving the issue.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
In the event that your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@thewatchvault.com or call us at (217) 555-7890. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your timepiece is delivered in perfect condition.
